Flow of Energy

The fourth-grade students tested their knowledge of insulators and conductors in science class this week. They chose a handful of items to test if they allowed the flow of energy. The students determined that wood, rubber, and fabric are insulators and do not allow the flow of energy, while metals are conductors and do allow the flow of energy. Hands-on learning is not only exciting, but also lasting. What a great way to learn science!
