WATCH YOUR SAVINGS GROW: Your tuition credit accumulates each year from June 1st to May 31st.
Your ending balance on May 31st will be applied to your first (July) tuition payment. If your credit is greater than your first (July) tuition payment, it will carry over to subsequent months until the credit has been depleted. Families with 8th graders, and no younger siblings, who are eligible for a credit will receive it on the final May tuition. The tuition credit for 8th graders is accumulated from June 1st to the beginning of April.
HOW DO I GET STARTED? Simply review and complete the Scrip Enrollment Form, email ACASCRIPS@gmail.com for the required Enrollment Code and then register online at www.shopwithscrip.com. All participants must complete the Scrip Enrollment Form in order to participate in the SCRIP savings program.
HOW THE SCRIP PROGRAM WORKS
HOW DO I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS? Orders can be submitted at school or online at www.shopwithscrip.com. Orders, whether online or in person, must be received by Friday at 8:00AM. Orders must be received at the front office or SCRIP office and be accompanied by payment. Acceptable forms of payment include: cash or check (at school) or online with Presto Pay. All orders, whether online or in person, are pre-paid at the time the order is submitted.
Select gift cards are also made available for purchase (by cash or check) every Friday morning from 7:45AM until 8:15AM in the upstairs workroom (SCRIP office).
WHAT RETAILERS PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM? Over 700 retailers participate in this program. A complete listing can be found at www.shopwithscrip.com. This list changes frequently as new retailers are added.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER? Orders can be picked up every Friday from 7:45AM to 8:15AM in the upstairs workroom (SCRIP office). Please consult the SCRIP Calendar for any changes to the ordering and pick up dates as the schedule will be altered for school holidays and days off. If unable to pick up orders at that time, you may designate someone by completing the Waiver of Release form.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Anyone! For parishioners or friends of ACA, the procedures are the same except their savings would go to a specific family or to our general ACA Scholarship Fund.
