Registration Information
Registration is held each February for those wishing to attend the Academy the following fall. Registration for current students wishing to return for the next academic year is held a week prior to registration for new students. For registration information please contact our registrar at admissions@annunciationacademy.org.
Required Documents for Registration:
- copy of birth certificate (Kindergarten and first grade applicants must supply an original copy of a birth certificate to ensure the child meets the age requirements established by Florida law.)
- copy of baptismal certificate (Catholics only)
- social security number
- copy of most recent report card (Not required for kindergarten)
- copy of most recent standardized test results (Not required for kindergarten)
- copy of testing for exceptional students services (gifted, learning disabilities, speech, etc.)

Family Registration Form - Kindergarten
must be completed by families with a child or children entering kindergarten
in the 2012-2013 school year
Family Registration Form 1st - 8th Grade - New Families
must be completed by NEW families with a child or children entering first
through eighth grades in the 2012-2013 school year
Student Registration Form
must be completed for each student
Authorization Form
must be completed for each student
Permission From Pastor Form
must be completed for each Catholic family
Request for Information Prior To Acceptance
must be completed by student's current school for all new students entering
first through eighth grades in the 2012-2013 school year
Verification of Involvement in Parish Ministry
must be completed for each Catholic family
Registration Fee
New Families
Application Fee: $40 per
child, non-refundable
Financial Aid Application
must be completed for each family applying for financial aid. Completed form
must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2012.

Step Up for Students
Step Up For Students provides K-12
scholarships for low-income school children. Does your family
qualify for the free or reduced lunch program? If so, you may
qualify for this program too. Students who qualify may receive
more than $4,000 for private school tuition. Please click

Tours are conducted on Tuesday afternoons. Please make an appointment by contacting the front office at 407-774-2801.
