Registration is held each January/February for those wishing to attend the Academy the following fall. Registration for current students wishing to return for the next academic year is held prior to registration for new students. Returning Student Registration
Registration links for returning students are emailed to the parent designated as the “Primary Contact” in the school’s database. If you have any questions about the application, please contact the school office. Returning student registration starts Tuesday, January 16, 2018. The deadline is Thursday, February 8, 2018. The returning student registration fee will increase from $175 to $200 if submitted after February 8, 2018.
New Student Application
The Apply Now button will be active on this page when New Student Registration opens for the 2018-2019 school year, on Sunday, January 28th.
Required Documents for New Student Application
(All required documents can be uploaded with the online application or presented at the school office)
- Copy of birth certificate (Kindergarten and first grade applicants must supply an original copy of a birth certificate to ensure the child meets the age requirements established by Florida law.)
- Copy of baptismal certificate (Catholics only)
- Copy of social security card
- Copy of most recent report card (Not required for kindergarten)
- Copy of most recent standardized test results (Not required for kindergarten)
- Copy of testing for exceptional students services (gifted, learning disabilities, speech, etc.)
- Family photo

Permission From Pastor Form
This form is for families that are NOT members of Annunciation Catholic Church. It must be completed and turned in to the front office.
Request For Information Prior To Acceptance
Must be completed by student’s current school for all new students entering first through eighth grades in the 2018-2019 school year.
Application Fee: $50 per child, non-refundable
Registration Fee: $125 per child, non-refundable, payable after acceptance
Registration Fee: $175 per child, non-refundable, payable after acceptance
Financial Aid Application
Must be completed for each family applying for financial aid. The online application must be submitted no later than March 15, 2018. To apply for financial aid, visit FACTS and create an account.

Step Up for Students
Step Up For Students provides K-12 scholarships for low-income school children. Does your family qualify for the free or reduced lunch program? If so, you may qualify for this program too. Students who qualify may receive more than $4,000 for private school tuition. Click on the link to learn more:
